James Clear doesn’t just tell you how to achieve your goals. He explains the science of forming habits and how small changes can lead to big results. In this book, you will learn practical strategies to create good habits, eliminate bad ones and transform your life.
One of the most popular quotes from this book is “You don’t rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems.” It sounds simple, but once you apply it the results are profound.

If you have limiting beliefs this book will set you free and I don’t say that lightly. Before reading this book I was self-conscious, but the teachings helped me break free from that cycle and create inner peace.

You will learn skills like social intelligence which is often overlooked but very important in the corporate world. “Never outshine the master” is a quote from the book that has always stuck with me. It gave me a deeper understanding of the dynamic between an employee and their manager. And it helped me learn how to work well with my manager while maintaining mutual respect.

I will admit that I judged a book by its cover lol Before I read this book I thought I don’t want to wake up at 5 am so I don’t need to read it. But it was recommended to me by a friend so I read it and I am so happy I did.

This book will teach you how waking up at 5 am can maximise your productivity, give you clarity and focus and help you become the best version of yourself.
