Once you’ve decided, write out a grocery list of all the ingredients you’ll need. Having a plan will save you from wandering the aisles aimlessly or overspending on stuff you don’t need.
Pro Tip: Build your meals around ingredients you already have at home or items that are on sale that week.

These delicious oats can last up to 5 days in the fridge, so you can meal prep them on Sunday and enjoy them all week.

Pair it with steamed rice and your choice of veggies like broccoli, carrots and snap peas. My go-to’s are roasted broccoli and cauliflower.
